What We're Looking For
We're hiring DM Setters, Inbound Phone Setters, Outbound Cold Callers, Closers and Full Cycle Sales Reps who take ownership of their numbers and their craft.
- Proven experience in appointment setting, cold calling, closing or full cycle sales
- Strong track record of hitting and exceeding targets
- Accountability to targets, KPIs and consistent performance standards
- Excellent communication and discovery skills
- Self-motivated, coachable and process-driven
- Comfortable on Zoom calls and CRM workflows
- Hungry to grow inside a high-performance team
